Installation of over 8 miles of natural gas distribution main serving a new residential and commercial development corridor in Union County. Work included service laterals, meter sets, and tie-ins to the existing distribution system.
Full replacement of aging water mains for a municipal utility authority, including new fire hydrant assemblies, valve replacements, and service lateral reconnections. Project required active-roadway work with minimal service disruption.
Complete underground utility package for a large residential subdivision, including natural gas distribution, water mains, and coordination with electric and telecom providers. Dawn Development served as the primary utility contractor for the development.
